Our Commitment to Durability The Always Construction Extreme Duty HT10030XD is engineered for resilience. We stand behind our 15-gauge galvanized steel structures and premium polyethylene covers with the following limited warranties.
1-Year Limited Frame Warranty We warrant the galvanized steel frame components (arches, purlins, and ground posts) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This covers structural failure under normal use conditions.
4-Year Pro-Rated Cover Warranty The 6-mil UV-resistant polyethylene film is covered by a four (4) year pro-rated warranty against degradation due to UV exposure.
- Year 1: 100% Replacement Value
- Year 2: 80% Replacement Value
- Year 3: 60% Replacement Value
- Year 4: 40% Replacement Value
Conditions & Exclusions
- Installation: Warranty is void if the structure is not installed according to the HT10030XD Assembly Manual.
- Anchoring: Proper ground anchoring (concrete or deep earth piers) is required.
- Weather: Damage caused by “Acts of God,” including winds exceeding the structure’s rating or snow accumulation that is not manually removed, is not covered. Owner is responsible for snow removal.
